SANTOS DE CARTIER LM

Louis Cartier sealed the bond of his friendship with the Brazilian aviator Alberto Santos Dumont back in 1904 by presenting him with the Santos timepiece. The stainless steel case is fitted with a gold bezel fixed into place by exposed screws for the large model. Blued, sword-shaped hands complement the silvered opaline dial with Roman numerals and a date aperture. The timepiece is powered with the automatic winding movement, calibre 1847 MC. A stainless steel link bracelet completes this timepiece.
